1385 Carr Street · Family owned & operated
A little garden
of a coffee house.
Locally sourced coffee and light fare, crafted with love — with indoor seating, a sunny courtyard by the park, and a gift shop full of plants tucked inside.
Drinks & Food
Made here, with love
The menu turns with the seasons and the bakers' mood — these are the favorites Lakewood keeps coming back for. There's beer, wine and seltzers too, and gift cards at the counter.
Events & Gatherings
More than a coffee run
The room fills up for a reason — crawfish boils, community nights, local art on every wall, and a space that loves a gathering. The courtyard and picnic tables out back, by the park, are made for long afternoons.

Inside the Shop
All Its Own — plants & gifts, right inside
Half the fun of a visit is the wander. All Its Own lives inside the coffee house — houseplants, local art, macramé, cards and one-of-a-kind gifts from Colorado makers. Come for coffee, leave with a plant.
Can't make it in? Browse All Its Own online — but it's better in person, with a latte in hand.

As much as we'd love to see your pets, only service animals are allowed inside food establishments per city ordinance — but dogs are welcome in the courtyard and at the picnic tables out back near the park. 🐾
